"We moved to San Antonio in late 2020 and kept our insurance broker in Houston. Time got away and so did customer service and premiums! So, when I asked friends for referrals, Kathleen Banse State Farm Agency popped up. Even though she's located in Bulverde, it worked because it's right between the 2 properties we needed to insure. Erica immediately responded by email and has continued to immediately address my every need by email, phone or even text, if urgent. She has gone above and beyond to research the best options for us. Even when we had a piece of difficult paperwork to complete with verifications needed from 3rd parties, she stuck with it. And, because she knew I had a lot going on personally, she took on some of the verifications to take them off my plate! That's what I call customer service! I was looking for an office with whom I could work remotely, but where I could also walk in. Kathleen's office is warm and welcoming, as is her team. You can just tell they are a good "work family" and that's the kind of people with whom I like to work.
